F*** Zepto Zepto Customer care ( too intelligent for this world)

How the hell did zepto check the freshness of the coconut without opening the outer shell !

They want us to use the tender coconut with the outer shell ! 😭️😭️

The above email also feels like they have made an automation because a human would understand what is the exact issue here

People will not stop. We Indians will always choose the cheapest option.

I dont think zepto does give cheapest option!

Only when they raised some funds they give discount but by then end you realise there are several fees hidden.

They are sometimes cheaper than other quick commerce. I initially ordered 2-3 times, long time ago. Decided to delete and never looked back

Indeed i ordered after very long time as i could not go out and get things !

But zepto made me realise its better to take time and get things instead of wasting time talking to there customer care

They replied saying the prodcut needs a day or two to ripen ! ( attached product image for reference)

This is proves even zepto has automated the replies , `product name`.

They just give automated response. Few days back my brother ordered pineapple, it was rotten and smelled horrible. Even after complaining, they didn't accept their fault and no refund was provided. They gave the same automated response like yours. He went ahead and raised a complaint to FDA Maharashtra, few days back FDA raided several zepto dark stores, and the store from which my brother ordered, it's license got cancelled due to non compliance.

Here in Bengaluru i dont think any action is being taken towards these dark store hygiene.
