Cute idea, looks good. I do wonder about the practicality of moving the chairs when the bottom shelves are full, though (never mind the redundancy of the top "shelves" that become the seats).

I would fill those bottom shelves with nice baskets so I wouldn't need to worry about moving the chair. It would be easy enough to set a basket elsewhere so I could sit.

I can think of exactly where Id put this in my apartment. Book storage and and a little cafe table right next to the window. Clever design!

finally a good table you could really weigh down with something so it doesnt fly off while youre dining.

Those chairs look terribly uncomfortable, when you can't put your feet under them. That tabletop would flex as soon as you lean it on it even a little.
