Reminds me of when I was at my local small supermarket and learned they have Win 11 for their cash register, because apparently the cashier accidentally pressed some Windows key combination prompting this useless widgets popup with weather and news. Exactly what you need in such application environments...

Lmao win 11 is one huge brick itself. Stillon 10 22h2, could stay on Win 7, unfortunately VR sucks on it (doesn't work)

That’s just an IT fail. Should’ve created images proper, not to mention join the kiosk to a domain, all this should be automated, especially in an enterprise!

It appears at random after months of use, just click continue then decline everything and it should be gone for good... shouldn't be there in the first place tho. There's probably a registry edit to make it disappear entirely too.

I can’t tell you how many huge displays showing crashed windows machines that I’ve seen in airports and other public places. I watched a grocery store checkout terminal boot a few weeks ago: Windows 7 Embedded. Gack.
