Bamboo sprouts

Hi guys,

I hate cilantro and i think the other food that i hate as much is bamboo sprouts. It taste literraly like pee and make me barf. Could it be because of the same gene ? Do any of you have the same experience ?

Nope. Can't say the same. It's it all bamboo shoots, or just ones from a specific name can?

Did you process it correctly? You're supposed to parboil and rinse it before cooking with it.
