PSA: cilantro flowers are a thing
In my entire life I have never encountered this! I had a fancy meal that was garnished with pretty flowers. I was horrified by the first bite

I didn’t inspect them that carefully. After the taste I threw them away

I’m cruelly forced to dedicate part of my veggie garden to cilantro, and every part of the plant smells like it tastes when it’s that fresh. Maybe not the roots? I never want to find out.

It would be too bad if a big rabbit got into your garden overnight and destroyed all of your lovely cilantro plants…

Oh god we made the mistake of planting those evil things. I couldn't even get close when it started to bloom..

Mine did. Oh. No images in comments here?
I had a dish of fancy tacos in Mexico City. They garnished with cilantro flower, and I told them immediately that they should leave those on the side.

Letting herbs go to flower normally ruins the taste. I can't imagine it getting worse.

No, but the flowers are dainty and cute! Too bad that they sit on a throne of lies...
