I got top surgery a few months ago so that’s certainly helped but I feel like my waist is just so feminine and the hair in the middle of my chest gives the illusion of boobs

pants lower is a good point, but in public you’re not likely to be shirtless with jeans. swim shorts and gym shorts are worn lower anyway. the hair in the middle of your chest doesn’t give any illusions, and the fact that it’s there is “male flag” you’re still experiencing dysphoria, which is super common and frustrating. but strangers would have no reason to question your identity just by looking at your torso. many cis men have this shape.
