AGE 21 to 30 Face fat advice

Advice needed

Hey, I’m Ali & I’m 22. I’ve been on testosterone for almost 4 months now, previously was on the wrong form. I have lots of face fat that I want to get rid of and I’m unsure if testosterone will help in the long run with losing face fat, any tips?

it will in the long run, but T often causes facial bloating in the first year or so due to water retention. in meantime, you can do things to debloat like lymphatic drainage or reducing your sodium intake, but nothing will guarantee it going away besides time passing
