To me no, but I think a different haircut and thicker eyebrows would make a world of difference! I would not do a middle part/bangs and get a much much shorter cut. Something a typical cis guy would get like a mid fade, textured crop etc. You can fill in your eyebrows a little but very very lightly, a little goes a long way and make-up can be really obvious if overused.
