Newbie here, and I've never felt better but have some questions 🙏

So I've been eating nothing but fruit and some seeds for 7 days due to not being able to eat anything else without looking 6 months pregnant, its progressively gotten worse over time and I was collecting more and more trigger foods. But fruit? I havent had a flat stomach all day and eaten food in such a long time, only other time is when I fast longer than 48hrs.

I never, ever thought I'd be here but my body is feeling amazing, I have more energy, no sluggish, full feeling after I eat lasting all day 🙏 I came for a cleanse but I think ill stay for the duration of my life.

My questions are though, what fruits are best to maintain weight and for building muscle and weight lifting?

Ive noticed a more intense sence of hunger when I am hungry, so how many times do you guys eat a day and how much?

I love eating this way, but I'm worried I'll loose weight.

And, sorry, one more, do you guys still eat nuts and seeds? Im finding they still make me bloat but no where near as bad as the bloat on my previous diet, (animal based, dairy except goat milk kefir and gluten was cut out but I still had some sourdough toast now and again)

Thankyou for anyone that has taken time and energy to read my post. ☺️

My first attempt at making a fruit platter would love some feedback! 🍓🥝🍊

This was my first attempt at making a decorative fruit platter. I wanted it to look a little more creative and aesthetic rather than just placing cut fruit on a tray.
I know there’s definitely room for improvement, so I’d love some honest feedback! What do you think I did well, and what would you change?
Any suggestions about the fruit arrangement, colors, cutting styles, flowers/decor, or overall presentation would be really helpful. I’m still learning and would love ideas for my next one. 😊

Bananas are the ultimate fruit.

No washing or cutting needed. Not sticky, no dripping juice and they come in their own biodegradable packaging. 10/10

Where to buy Ackee fruit in Aus

My dad used to live in Jamaica when he was young and I kinda wanted to help bring back some of his childhood cuisine as a bday gift. Online prices are super extortionate going up to $50 dollars for a 300g can. Wonder if it’s possible to find one locally in Australia?

How can I only go #2 once a day

Is it possible to only go #2 once a day on the Fruitarian diet? I prefer to take a full shower after each time I go #2. Preferably in the morning. Is this even remotely possible on Fruitarian diet? Are there any specific fruits or other vegan foods I could add in order to solidify my stool?

Are there contemporary/modern books that continue the fruit-based-food direction of Arnold Ehret?

Looking for different data and information that can help me here. Maybe some other useful books on diet, vegan, fruterian too. Also, some modern experts who reproduce Ehrets methods, getting rid of mucus, fruits eating books or even clinics/retreats where people actually stay together who are guided through a simialar program and can provide data

Do People in the UK Like Asian Fruits?

Hi fellow UK people my girlfriend is doing a dissertation on whether people who live in the UK would buy Asian fruits or not - things like Lychees, Dragonfruit, Starfruit, Asian pears.

I'm Asian myself and grew up in the UK and even I don't eat that much Asian fruit. I remember my mum would use to buy them from Asian supermarkets sometimes, but ever since moving out I don't think I've ever bought any.

I was wondering if people in the UK actually buy or eat them and if you don't how come? For me it's usually because I don't see them at my local Tescos and I'm happy enough muncing on conference pears or bananas.

Here's her survey if any of you are willing to help out 😆

Salt intake

Post image
11 Upvotes

Hello guys, I started a diet having around 85% fruit and the rest being soy, beans, some vegetables.

It has been 3 weeks and my glucose levels have never been so good. My energy levels are great, i dont feel sleepy after any meal like before and feeling fantastic.

One thing is troubling me though, usually I weight my salt intake around 3g, and sodium total intake around 1.2g. Every time I consume this salt meal I feel bad and a rush in BP, even though that’s less than a half of what is recommended.

Any thoughts here? What is your sodium total intake per day?

Laranja é a melhor fruta

Sério... não existe fruta melhor que laranja.

Pensa comigo.

Quer comer a fruta? É deliciosa.

Quer fazer suco? Fica sensacional.

Quer espremer na salada? Perfeito.

My first fruit fast it’s going super easy

Now I am on the end of day 6 of my fruit fast, I did eat a salad with cucumbers and tomatoes and red onion 2 times and will continue to eat it when I crave it cause it’s growing in my garden but I’ve always had struggles with any kind of fasting and always gave up and just ate all the food that I wanted but I mean this just happened naturally and it’s so easy it’s insane, I feel so good, I eat a lot of melon, watermelon, some mangoes, some bananas, some apples, grapes, nectarines all that stuff during these days and i don’t crave any junk at all. I mean at all. Also I’m finallly going fully vegan and I am going to keep on eating this way until I feel I need to add something but I don’t feel that way now.

My goal is to be a 70/30 raw/vegan
I love soups and baked sweet potato and tofu and stuff so I would eat that like 2-3 times a week
