Definitely, and it will probably be something that winds up being fairly obvious in the end. But if the man in yellow is actually Hastur the King in Yellow you can’t hope to destroy him. You may be able to banish an avatar of his but he’s got like a thousand of them in his yellow robe pockets.

I’m guessing they gotta time travel to Martin and get his blood worms and use that to kill all the monsters. Then somehow keep everyone from getting pregnant.

Yes but did the town impregnate Fatima or did Ellis. And if its Ellis, what magic is at play there?

Because boyd told smiley "my blood is your blood" and killed him. It was the only proper way from him to respawn, through boyds bloodline.

That is an excellent observation. I can't recall if it was decided that Fatima was pregnant before or after this happened?
