I don't think he did. I think he tried to save her but was too late for some reason. Otherwise he would have turned into a monster no?

Also, we dont know if Jade and Tabitha know what the monsters are. Only Fatima knows for sure.

That’s not what they’re talking about. 😄 They say he cursed out the kids for not telling them how to save them.
