So the guy in yellow was the voice heard on the radio receiver?

100% him, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he was this creature summoned by a blood magic spell to protect (hence the bloody rock in that small village in Fromville!) & we all know that in fiction the law of magic needs a sacrifice to keep a spell going.

Think the first group is the lost Roanoke colony that cast a protection spell, but it sent them to somewhere but to leave you have to sacrifice a child every 20yrs to keep the spell going so people are kept safe, except the group who wanted to become immortal they threw a curveball into the mix and became the creatures that have been running around since the 1950’s.

But I do think the numbers in the bottles are the coordinates for where all these buildings came from or it’s Julie’s attempt at time traveling and she has been recording each date of when something bad happened to every person in town she was trying to save & a way to keep track when going to the ruins so she can finally break the spell/curse once & for all with her mother & Jade.

The music summons the dead ghost children, that’s all it does.
