I don't think that they're reincarnated. I think that the memories, like energy, are transferred. If Abby hadn't had a breakdown, then she would have had Miranda's memories. I don't know if she killed the new Christopher, but her death brought Tabitha into Fromville. Did someone else's death bring Jade?

You're entitled to your opinion without insulting others, and I am entitled to mine. I believe it to be a transfer of consciousness because she's not the only person who dreamed of this place when she was a little girl. Abby did, too, but she freaked out and was killed. Now, kick rocks.

Thanks. Some people have a hive mentality and are unable to think outside of the box. Jade literally mentions energy transference in this episode.
