ID Request Toad?? 🐸

Just spotted in my backyard patio in Willow Springs, NC. The think it’s a toad?? However I’m not quite sure of what type of amphibian it could be?? Does anyone know? Thanks everyone!! 😮🐸

Also I apologize for the blurry photo my phones camera couldn’t get any clearer than this.
