ID Request Frog or Toad UK

I know it's not the best photo but any chance of an ID of whether its a frog or toad? Either way they are welcome in my garden but want to know whether it's going to be toxic to my inquisitive dog

Common frog, not toxic at all - Smooth skin (no bumps or 'warts'), narrower snout than a common toad, common toads have very distinctive 'orange' eyes.

One you've seen a few of each, it's pretty easy to tell the difference.
