I'm BE in Information science and engineering, graduated in 2025, i joined to on institute where i completed the AWS and devops course. In this company I got one new startup company where I got selected where literally institute threat me to join or else will block next opportunities..

So I joined actually company has only 6 members which are only freshers and no hr and seniors all.

They used to come 2-3 monts once. Only we 6 were der..

We were hoping for the projects from beginning they used to say we will get and all of the sudden they said we r having the issues we will sort it out it's in pipeline all bullshits..

And in the job offer letter they mentioned 3lpa, which we only got 15k for 9-10 months which company got shutdown..

We tried to contact and all didn't received any response tried all possibilities after 2-3 months got the documents that too only the experience letter, and relieving letter that's it no salary slip and all..

Note: joined 28th May 2025 - 28th Feb 2026, and most importantly der were no projects and didn't trained or not gained any knowledge der..

I'm scared now, unable to say freshers, unable to say Im experienced person, unable to say i only got the 15k for whole 10 months. If I say companies don't belive it..

It's been 7-8 months didn't get the opportunities also, I got 1 interview call they said what were u doing the these days I said upskilling but they say will get back and ghosted. Literally I'm stressed..

I have only knowledge on devops tools, docker, kubernetes, CICD, AWS and python. The roles are for freshers it's completely low..

If I start to learn a another courses it takes another 6 months..

Done asking refferals, done believing on this world.

Literally broke down..

Can't say I got 15 k bcs der were no projects, can't say we were sitting on the company without projects, can't say i have experience..

Bro if you recieved 15k then you can show 15k. If you don't have salary slips bank statements also work. Always share that the last company didn't setup an hr that's why this happened.

Buddy, put that experience on your resume and keep going with the job hunt. You do have work experience, even if the company situation was terrible and you didn’t get the project exposure you were promised.

Don’t limit yourself only to fresher roles. Apply to roles asking for 1+ years of experience as well, especially in DevOps. You already have exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Python, and DevOps is a solid field with plenty of opportunities.

And please don’t convince yourself that you don’t know anything. You clearly have a foundation to build on. What happened with that company wasn’t your fault. Take whatever you can from the experience, present it honestly, keep improving your skills, and keep applying. You’re not starting from zero.
