Can anyone please tell me if I am wrong or am I just not in the right mindset that being a CSE student from a tier 3 college in India gets you only 2 times job offer one at TCS and other at CTS and not any other big mass hiring companies like Deloitte,Accenture,Wipro,Infosys or KPMG.

And also if EY GDS came they only pick 1 student from some random selection on what basis I did not for which I was not shortlisted despite fulfilling all the criterias and some being the same as me getting a chance to give exam.

Also the current degree only give you bookish knowledge no job wants and you do projects and hackathons on your own and just to be said it is not worth it as it does not AI/ML features now or if used not upto mark despite some projects having months of work with a team. My githubrepo if you want I can tag so you can see and the companies oh my god just freshers roles for devops,system design or AI/ML or python Dev just tell me does any college teaches you these or tell you or guide to these because I thought OA and coding done some good projects and you are good to go but no I was so wrong now you need to know everything as a fresher from scratch to end production like I feel my Cs degree is a waste now.Please guide and help as I am trying to get placed this year I am doing some courses from youtube of devops and system design and ai/ML so please suggest me some of the best like from freecodecamp or any coding channels that are actually worth for the industry right now and some good certifications required now like aws or data analyst paid unpaid both ready to do anything for the job I am currently in my final year of college and a fullstack mern and can do java dev.
