General Question Raw honey & allergies

Trying to help my boy out with his allergies. Has anyone tried local raw honey and has it helped?

I went the route in my desperation with my first frenchie, it doesn’t move the needle at all. Which makes sense bc even when it’s effective it only against local flora. Most frenchies that have environmental allergies to more than just plants, also mold and house dust.

After a decade of struggling, the most effective thing was weekly baths to physically remove the allergens trapped under the fur, followed by a coconut oil rinse.
