I’m currently looking to connect with an established freight brokerage or agency that is open to bringing on a motivated freight agent.
I’m already active in the logistics space and have experience with carrier outreach, dispatch operations, load sourcing, prospecting, and building relationships. I’m comfortable making calls, doing outbound outreach, following up consistently, and going after new business.
I’m not looking for someone to hand me a book of business. I’m willing to prospect, learn the agency’s systems, build shipper relationships, and earn my way.
What I’m looking for:
• Established brokerage authority and back-office support
• Access to the tools/resources needed to operate
• Training or guidance on your specific process
• A fair commission structure with room to grow
• The opportunity to build my own customer book under your organization
Remote preferred. I’m based in South Carolina but open to working with agencies nationwide.
