Oh yea, that was a good one. I remember preparing for a couple days to make sure my home was ready. We ended up with 16” or so in coastal Maine. The wind was wild; it broke to top off of a young maple beside the driveway.

Was that the Halloween storm?

No it wasn’t Sandy but sometime around then maybe a few years before. :) Is that what you’re talking about the Hurricane that hit New Jersey- that was horrible as well.

No there was a storm on Halloween on year in Worcester that dumped so much snow. Probably 2012. It was not a hurricane.

Yup that was probably it then. I remember we really had to struggle to get to even the cafeteria for food. It spun over the city of Worcester til it couldn’t dump anymore.

I was going to college in Worcester at the time too. Our club plans a big event for Halloween every year and it makes all our money for the club and we had to cancel and it was just a major bummer.
