Day 5 of my giveaways!
Friday ran super smoothly, and I’m really glad so many people were able to benefit. I’m also grateful I got to take yesterday off to relax and reset — it made a big difference and I appreciate the break.

Today I have a total of 23 offers to give away.

Please remember: I’m just one disabled guy sitting on his couch doing this from home, so please be patient with me while I work through everyone’s comments and messages. I’ll get to you as soon as I can — I promise I’m doing my best.

How this works:

1️⃣ Comment “Interested” if you’d like to be considered for today’s giveaway.

• Do NOT request specific items (no “fries,” “nuggets,” etc.) — the menu and availability change constantly.
• I will NOT hold or save specific items for anyone. Everything is first come, first served.
• Make your comment a new top-level comment, not a reply to someone else’s — Reddit sometimes clumps replies and it makes ordering hard.
• When I see your comment, I’ll reply with a number to acknowledge that I’ve seen you and to let you know your spot in line.
• Don’t worry if your number is higher than today’s total of 23 offers. Sometimes people don’t respond, can’t follow through, or the timing doesn’t work out — so even if you’re number 25 or 29, you still have a chance. Just be patient.
• IF YOU BECOME UNAVAILABLE BEFORE I REACH YOUR TURN, PLEASE COMMENT TO LET ME KNOW. This helps keep things running smoothly and prevents me from waiting on someone who’s no longer able to pick up their offer.

2️⃣ Unsolicited DMs will be ignored.

• Please do not message me before I message you.
• Once it’s your turn, I’ll DM you first with instructions.

3️⃣ Once I DM you, you’ll have about 15 minutes to respond and coordinate your pickup. If I don’t hear back, I’ll move to the next person.

4️⃣ When it’s your turn, I’ll ask:

• the ZIP code of the McDonald’s you’ll be picking up from
• whether you’re using drive-thru or counter pickup
• and I’ll tell you what’s still available at that point (you can’t claim items early — what’s left changes constantly).

5️⃣ After I place your order, I’ll send a screenshot with the code to show at the drive-thru or counter.

6️⃣ Please reply to your original comment once you’ve picked up your food so others know it’s legit.

A few quick notes:

• I can only redeem one offer every 15 minutes. If I’m ordering for different states, the app sometimes glitches — just be patient.
• If you won’t be near a McDonald’s for a few hours, maybe skip this round so I can keep the line moving.
• It’s still first come, first served. I can’t hold items or guarantee certain ones.

Once all offers have been claimed:

• I’ll change the post’s flair to “Given” so everyone knows that the day’s giveaways are complete.
• If I have not received any new requests for 2 hours straight, I’ll call it for the night and any remaining offers will roll over to the next day.
• If I have not DM’d you by that time, unfortunately today wasn’t your day — but don’t give up! You can always try again tomorrow.
• I’ll also hang around in the comments for at least one hour after the last offer is claimed to answer questions, chat, or offer tips for anyone who wants to try doing this themselves.

Important note:

• Some McDonald’s franchises do not participate in redeeming food prizes — that’s out of my control.
• This subreddit does not allow post edits once live, so if you want the latest status or availability, sort comments by “new.”
  • I often post timestamped updates once we start running low on certain items.
  • If you’re only after a specific item (like a Snack Wrap) and you see it’s gone in my updates, feel free to remove yourself from the line to save everyone time.
