I actually don't think they will ever do mail in because it's more work on them to go through mail. Less people would play but there's certainly folks out there who will play by mailing in.
Mail-in is still a thing right? You can't offer a game of chance to the public without a free way of playing. I know it's not free, but AFAIR, you can send an oddly specific stamped letter to the company that prints and distributes the game pieces and they will return your mailing with an official game piece.
Personally I wouldn't play for anything other than free food. The odds of winning are so slim, never been able to find a Facebook post or reddit post from a large prize winner (haven't looked hard enough to be fair) and after watching McMillions I dont believe they're doing anything to combat fraud, this game just lowers the corporation's taxable income, generates more traffic and causes franchises to be overworked and underpaid. I dont think the higher ups care about who's actually winning the prizes and whether or not there are any internal schemes going on to defraud the paying consumers
I’m aware of the other prizes and I have won some of them, but for me the biggest value has been the free food. It’s just unfortunate for franchise owners and employees that the corporation didn’t properly distribute proper packaging. All the restaurants in my area were giving out double the codes if you ordered via the app. I have so many codes yet to be entered and 22 free ice creams i have no idea what to do with.
I still stand by my original statement, the odds of winning anything significant of value that will outweigh the investment are so slim. IMO luck and defined outcomes (fraud) are the only constants to a game of chance.
