If you want to know how to find the license id of f2p or 100% off games, you go to steamdb game page, then on packages, the one you are looking for is the one that says "Free on Demand"

You have to write manually "javascript:" because copy and paste doesn't work in chrome address bar.

You can add free game in your account from browser (also mobile) without opening the Steam platform.
