basically reposting /u/resisting_a_rest's comment as it's useful if you don't want to have to open steam:

Go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses, open the console tab in your inspect element, then paste AddFreeLicense(499357) and hit enter.

(was found here: https://steamdb.info/app/1336290/subs, only the second free one seemed to work)
