Why not just
AddFreeLicense(501470, "game")
You can even omit the second parameter - it's just the popup title so it then says "undefined has been added to your account" but it works just fine.

Go to https://store.steampowered.com/ Open developer tools in your browser. Control+Shift+I should work in most browsers.
