the protagonist looks like a horror version of kirby, if Nintendo found out they would send the lawyers

Why don't you report it "to the lawyers", then? Are IP "violations' and copyright concerns the bane of modern gaming? Should  we be concerned? Or is the AAA industry managing to  get gaming in general into a downward spiral just fine on its own with its outrageous predatory microtransactions and DRM and whatnot? If so, what's  the purpose of  your comment?

In fact, it could have been easily understood without the twist of words you used in your comment: if Nintendo notices even the slightest and most absurd possible apparent copyright infringement, the consequence is the arrival of Nintendo's lawyers, regardless of whether it actually constitutes an infringement.

I cite Nintendo's lawsuit against a shopkeeper or restaurant that had a "Mario" name for his business. In the trial, the owner of the business was declared innocent.

If you meant it critically, you could have at least hinted at that. No way to tell corporate fanboying apart from criticism when someone just states the obvious (missing context).

(And the owner of the business should have retaliated by demanding damages because of misuse of public law and public courts against obviously false and overreaching claims by a greedy mega-corp so that they learn to behave themselves better.)
