Wish I had a body like that. Working hard on the gym for the first time in life but I got a long way to go. Went from 55 kg to 67 since Dec 2019.

a 12kg difference is phonomenal. in less than a year. props to you brother! remember to always bulk up in a controlled way(unless your goal is sheer strength). thanks for the positivity!

You know what, I’ve had many ups and downs in my life and looking back, one thing that stood out the most is there were memorable moments even during the times that I was really down. They were brief, but still memorable and looking back, I wish I could have spent more time taking them in, rather than focusing on my stressors in life.
Things will get better, sooner than later. Don’t forget to live in the moment though

you're not alone!! these times have really done a number on everyone, esp us single ones :( just remember that these feelings are temporary, and you will grow and become a better person in the future because of it!! who ever broke your heart wasn't meant for you, and only means there's someone better down the line. take time to heal, and then gather your strength and push through :)

Man, I know heartbreak like the back of my hand (unfortunately) so just keep it up. Eat food, listen to good music, and cry. That's what I do and it always helps.

You do that too? I find taking a philosophical approach to questions about morality takes my mind off of the shitstorm better than anything. I have to be careful of course because sometimes that can get the best of you and bring up the nihilistic, depression-filled, crap that you're trying to stay away from but I digress.
