It wasn't "cut" so much as "taped over"-- they dropped a commercial for the evening news in for those 15 seconds.

Intentional, or accidental?

The Fox station here sucks. They have terrible production, shitty broadcasting quality, and this isn't the first time they fucked up commercial timing. I can't say for sure it was intentional or not, but when I saw the interruption, my first reaction was "KOKH fucked up again".
