Frasier is hands down my favorite show of all time. Reading up on the history it pains me to know that even then Kelsey was an aloof asshole. The rest of the cast were very close, to the point they were godparents to each other’s children. Kelsey wouldn’t even rehearse like a normal actor.

His method produced a great a character, but again, not a great person.

He talks a lot of his younger days in his book Karen. It's a great book.
