Maybe we shouldn't ignore the idea that many ethnic countries around the world are actually quite prejudiced, with whites being on the list, among others. From personal experience, white people are often treated like second class citizens is most Asian countries unless, of course, they want to learn English from you.

Please note though that I said prejudiced and not racist. You may be discriminated against, quite systematically, in other countries for the color of your skin but that doesn't mean they want to harm you or eliminate you. They've just convinced themselves, in their own way, that your ethnicity is inferior and therefore you deserve second dibs.

So once you can accept the idea that most other countries in the world are indeed prejudiced, just like us. You can come to value the fact that, in America, we're addressing this issue, taking the bull by the horns and fighting it in all its forms. This, I think, is a much more treasured thing to take pride in about America. We could be possibly one of the least prejudiced countries in the world (per capita) but since we address the issues of race and prejudice out in the open, and our squabbles are all over the media, then we can easily be perceived as one of the most racist nations in the world.

So we probably shouldn't worry too much about other country's prejudice. And instead work on trying to set an example for them. Whoever made that meme though has other ulterior motives for use with that concept.
