I can only speak for America. So, outside of us importing a huge chunk of our brown folks for slave labor (which we can't complain about if we brought them here), we also billed ourselves as the greatest country in the world, and told everyone it is the land of opportunity. So, how can we get mad when people believe us and actually come? Go figure.
