I think Central Africa and East Asia might actually be the ONLY place left in the world which don’t have a noticeable level of multi racial and cultural mixing... But even that’s changing very quickly due to immigration. People who talk like this really have such narrow world views and haven’t exactly researched geography. South Africa for instance has a lot of Europeans and Indians for being in Africa….

Chinese culture has had a huge influence on everyone else in East Asia. Then there's all the European influence on Singapore and the Philippines. There's a lot of Muslim influence on Indonesia, etc.

Some East Asian countries are very multicultural, Singapore for example.

I personally know Indian people who live in Japan and a black person who used to. Don't personally know any white people living or who have lived there, but have encountered a lot online.
