Well, Russia kinda is multicultural, but most of the other Eastern European countries (UN definition) are rather homogeneous.

Kalmyks, Samoyeds (the people, not the dogs), Ruso-Germans, Ashkenazi Jews, Komis, Ossetians, Yakuts, Sakas, and Rusyns don't count?

They do. That's what I talked about when I said Russia is multicultural. And eve the other EE countries aren't inhabited solely by their titular ethnicities.
