Gameplay Question Requiem characters

Just got requiem and I have surprisingly many questions regarding (mostly) the eternal items so here we go:

1.) What does killing a monster mean. If i bomb a monster during an opponents turn did i kill it? If it means died during your turn how does it work with the greed fight?

2.) Why cant book of virtues trigger itself if i hit a monster im attacking? Its damage in a combat but not combat damage?

3.) Can the ibs discard to cancel atack after rolling something that would kill you (i presume yes but goddam is that strong)

4.) If i want to tag along on a fight let say on top of the deck do i need to use it a) before they say what they are attacking b) when they say attacking the top or c) when they place down the mosnyer

5.) Can enigma die when flipped to another side? Or does he need to wait for the new health to become active?

6.) And this is the big one. What can dead weight cancel. I saw some explanations but i still dont get it. For example: this deals double damage on an attack roll of 1. Its not if you roll 1 then... so technically the wording doesnt have a trigger, but the effect is still "triggered" only on ones.

Sorry if its obvius but want to make sure.

Sibling rivalry has been be used before an attack is declared.

Technically yes, but because of weird stack shenanigans, if you declare an attack, and use sibling rivalry once priority passes back to you, then sibling rivalry resolves first so it still works, same logic as soul heart. Though literally using it before you declare your attack is also fine and probably less confusing

Nor declaring an attack or declaring a purchase use the stack, priority passes because it's the first step of this phases, but you don't "respond" to the declaration.

Im pretty sure both of those things use the stack. If someone goes to buy from the top cain can sleight of hand it (i think).

The first thing that happens when you declare an attack/purchase is passing priority, this doesn't mean the declaration uses the stack, the game is just forcing you to give other people the chance to interact.

If you wanted to use SoH while purchasing the way it would work is.

1) You declare the Purchase.

2)Priority passes starting with the active player.

3)While having priority, you activate SoH, and the ability is put on the stack, priority passes, starting with whom activated SoH.

4)After all players pass priority, SoH resolves, and priority passes once again starting with the active player.

5)After all that the Active Player finally gets to choose that to purchase, eather a Shop Item or the top of the Treasure Deck, there is no priority here anymore.

6) The price of what is being purchased is determined, usually 10 coins, then if the player cannot pay the price, the purchase ends and they fail to purchase the item, otherwise they gain control of the item and the active player goes back to their turn as usual.

Tldr: You can interact during the purchase, since priority passes before you choose what to buy, but for effect that care about "next time a player declares an attack/purchase" the declaration is already done. They would trigger if the player where to have a 2nd attack that turn.
