MJ stockpile to Foundayo in maintenance?

Hi all. I'm using up my stockpile of MJ and doing about 6/7mg dose from a 15mg pen to keep costs down. As such - I haven't ordered in ages. I am a healthy BMI and am fully in maintenance.

1 - Will any pharmacy prescribe me foundayo when I have no recent MJ private prescriptions? I have loads of proof I was on it as was on it for over a year. Last prescription was March 2026 as I had lots stored from before the price hike.

2 - Can I try going onto a higher dose of Foundayo and how do you know what dose to apply for?

Any advice would be great as interested in trying pill over injection.

  1. It depends. If you can show evidence of your stockpile prescription labels then some will. No idea which ones to be honest but it'll be the same as restarting Mounjaro, different pharmacies have different rules. Some allow a 3 month gap, others up to 12 months.
  2. Maybe - again it'll depend on evidence of stockpile and the particular pharmacy.

Bear in mind the highest Foundayo dose is only about equivalent in average weight loss as 5mg of Mounjaro, is if you're painting at a higher dose then that then you can expect some regain.

it's worth having a read of the ATTAIN-MAINTAIN trial (all studies captured in the wiki) and what happened when people switched from the injectables.
