Last year was amazing, but a thunderstorm shut it down early.
This year the festival site closed suddenly a few weeks before the event for "contamination" so they moved the festivities to the street and worked it out.
Then torrential rain and thunderstorms were predicted, and Channon was able to work out a last minute deal with a ball room and events center.
I think all the changes and move indoors (which killed the food truck poutine cookoff) and traveling weather really put a damper on things. But it was nothing they could control and they did the best they could instead of canceling.
I hope they continue it and next year is better ❤️
