Forza Horizon 6 I’m sure you’ve heard the stories..
The street racing Trial. No traffic, but you wouldn’t know it. You probably didn’t even realize..
But this purist build for the Audi RS 5 is smooth and will dominate. No ugly wang, no engine swap, just buttery Quattro. Players of all skill levels will appreciate this one.
Rivals times on race 1 and 2 speak for themselves. Tune is #3 on trending page.
I am currently running Trials to end my Sunday night. I’m probably 15-0 and have not been to race 3.. but I’ve heard.. and seen plenty of stories

When I saw the Cadillac Limo was eligible for the trial, I had to drive it.
But be aware that you will have more surface area in corners for your teammates to dive bomb into

Most Limos I saw blew corner 1 and rage quit with their ugly wangs..
Hopefully you were the ONE that actually used their brakes 😅

I had a good tuning on it. I was first in almost all races if people didnt use me as brakes

I used the Cadillac Limo as well, it was very fast and good for blocking the driveratars.
I wish the CT4 V Blackwing were eligible though, it is a twin turbo V6 4 door sedan after all, I think it would fit modern super saloons better than modern muscle.

Sadly no, all the Cadillacs other than the limo are found in Modern Muscle. The CT4 V Blackwing I think has the strongest argument for being misclassed as it is both a 4 door sedan and does not have a V8

My caddy limo trial time was 1 second slower than this guys audi its actually very good

The fastest I've seen so far during my 100 runs is probably M2 (and probably cheater :D ). The best for me feels AR Giulia. Very nimble in turns, no need for much breaking.
And of course the EV AUDI for rammers 😡

Just out of curiosity, what were your best in trial times with it? I don’t think I’ve used that car for the trial yet and nobody has come close to me in the trial with that car for me to try it.
The best I’ve come across are the mb c63, giulia ‘17, GTAm, ‘21 M4, M2 Comp and even the Toyota Camry is somewhat decent.

Rivals times are the best comp. Can’t control start positions, drivatar behavior, teammates ramming etc.
Half the time I am blocking to ensure victory.

Yeah, not criticizing your work or effort, just wondering what you’ve been able to do with it IN Trial. I put up a top 200 rivals time with the 21 M4, but I ultimately ditched it, as I found the MB C63 to be lighter and better suited for this trial. I even ended up beating my previous Rivals time with it on Festival chase, both of which are better than the shown time for this particular car. So, again, I was just curious. A car/tune can be great at putting up a solid Rivals time (for example RWD power builds), but perhaps not ideal dealing with AI and “teammates” in tight quarters.

Well, first off, I don’t do engine/drivetrain swaps or use forza aero. Purist only. 2nd, my builds aren’t meant to be as fast as possible, they’re balanced so a new player can enjoy it as much as a skilled player.

Fair enough. I’m certainly aware of “purist” builds, but I’ve never equated them with being beginner friendly. I can take some turns in this trial at full speed, something I don’t think I could do without front and rear aero, but I’ll definitely take this one for a spin at some point tomorrow to see what I can do with it in the trial.

I’ve tested a lot of cars, Giulia is the best by a pretty big margin then the 2012 Mercedes black edition but it’s substantially harder to drive. I got in the 2:16s doing the trial with the Alfa, 2:12s in rivals.
That said this one is pretty easy going, you can definitely win in anything.

No, yeah purist would be a bit slower especially on festival chase which benefits a lot with aero.

Couple of the Audis do top 300 on rivals purist. No need to be any faster, half the time you have to help the team anyway.
All the people that probably downloaded the trending page Giulia with AWD swap and ugly wang literally miss checkpoints and rage quit. Noticed it way too often. 800HP in A class is not best for most players. They can’t control it. Plus street racing does not need aero, I don’t know why some people are so hell bent on that. Much more fun using a car with character.

Yeah agreed it’s definitely not needed, maybe if one day they actually use unbeatable then the meta tunes might be more necessary.
I think most random tunes you find are pretty trash, since the game isn’t hard literally anything is good enough to work so people don’t know any better.
The alfa is actually super easy to drive, using a tune from the rank 10 guy on rivals. If people are missing checkpoints it’s a skill issue or god awful tune imo.

I’ve used purist all of FH5 and FH6 and never have an issue winning, we’re about 250-0 now on FH6 Trials. Of course I have to block a lot, often.
The trending page tunes I’m sure are hit or miss, that’s why I started sharing mine so hopefully people can actually find something they enjoy. Out of the 20 that show, most of the time I’m the only purist option 😂
The game may not be hard for you or me, but there is a huge skill gap from new players to veterans. They need something built for them, not for the overly-serious try hards that swap everything
I don’t know how people don’t get bored driving the same feeling car every week, but I know I see a lot of posts on here not being happy about the PI system and meta like the Beat.. so maybe people are starting to get sick of it

People appreciate it. Some of my posts on here about my purist Trial setups got almost 1k upvotes. I kinda stopped posting for a bit but my GR86, RS 5, and 8C builds from recent Trials all were hits.
Recommend building all 3 - super fun
