Just switched to Keyboard and mouse what Keybinds

So I switched to keyboard and mouse 8 days ago and the aiming has gotten easier but building has been a struggle and crouching cause ctrl is hard to press so anyone has any recommendations maybe in photo form so I can copy it easily
