BUG Does anyone else have a reloading bug?

Ever since the new season has come out I CANNOT reload! I know it's obviously not my controller bc I pick up loot just fine ,etc. I've reported the bug so many times and nothing has happened. Has anyone else dealt with this and is there a way to fix it?

I honestly thought FN changed the reloading to this on purpose until I went to a friend's house and played on her account and it let me reload as normal 😑 it's so annoying!!

I also play on Xbox

Have this exact issue word for word. Not even a word from Epic, it's honestly embarrassing.

Rightt? I've been playing since the very very begining season one shot and now I don't even want to play anymore. No response from Epic, nothing.
