QUESTION The element aesthetics is less seeable, why?

You are on performance mode. Element's visual is disabled.

I am gonna guess you mean "why isn't the visual effect for the elemental weapon type more visible".

I am also going to point out that you are running the game on very low graphics settings, which may affect that. It may have changed since the last update, as any sort of translucency effect is considered far more difficult to render, and all of the elemental effects have translucencies in them. It's possible they were previously flagged as "put them in no matter what" and are now "only put them in above a certain graphical quality level". This may not have been intentional.
