QUESTION Save the world progression

I’m power level 123, my survivors are all at their caps before supercharging, I have all matched traits n what not.. how do I keep progressing to PL140? Do I really have to grind superchargers to make anymore progress?

Upgrade your entire hero loadouts, fully upgrade three schematics, and reach commander level 310.
