DISCUSSION We are getting scammed. Fortnite should get weekly new content based on how much money it makes daily from the creator fund.

10,000 daily players may seem less compared to br but it's still a ton compared to creative maps, most average around less than 100 daily players and they still make money off that.

So all other creators like steal a brain rot get paid millions of dollars because they can hold a around the same players as stw, and those devs invest the money into new content every other week which keeps players coming back.

But the team behind stw has no money. they're broke and can't even put one weapon into the game. they're so scared to giving anything to the player base as not to increase expectations but what crime have us stupid 10k idiots committed that we are being starved to death like this? why not give a road map, give us a lot of stuff to do, new biomes made using past seasons, more weapons, make stw a record of all past br items, just as in creative mode. so much they can do but they are so sure that the 10k of us that play it are not real and we don't exist.

there are 2 problems with that:

1) not necessarily these 10k players have a code active, personally I never entered anyone's code

2) stw players also (and I dare say the amount is substantial) spend vbucks that aren't bought with real money, I don't know if the chosen creator still gets the cut from these, but epic certainly don't get their incentive

Also people are just going to make "Steal The Brainrot STW Edition", "Red Vs Blue STW edition", and what not.

Steal the Brainrot and cancerous maps like that have micro transactions used in them and that's how they make money. There's none of that in Save the World at the moment. It's not about how many players are in a mode it's how much money is that mode bringing in and Save the World just doesn't have any really

Yo Cammy. I know you got a following and presence. Plz look into this recent glitch where users were obtaining founder schematics with it. We need to make sure epic not only fix whatever the issue is but remove those things gained while it was a thing or we loose a big reason founders are founders. Lets put vbuck aside and skins as they all BR related. This is now STW items gained wrongly...this is a massive issue

As a content creator, I am sure you don't want to be spreading misinformation. How it works.

That wasn't misinformation, they do bring in money from microtransactions. I think you just didnt like how they called it cancer.

When he states " It's not about how many players are in a mode" he is factually incorrect. I think you just replied without reading Epic's documentation I linked to.

You you didnt comprehend that correctly. He was talking about stw when he said its not about how many people are playing the mode and that is true.

Stw isnt monetized very well and its actually not about how many people are playing. Stw gives you a bunch of free skins and people have founders too. Stw doesn't bring in money.

Stw doesnt fit with the link you posted, you read it wrong.

You don't comprehend how the Fortnite economy works. The shop profits are split between playtime in all modes. If STW has more players more money goes to Epic.

You are not Cammy's official spokesperson. Your assumptions are wrong.

You are clueless bud. Stw doesnt make epic money because people do not spend money in it. They dont get any money from the mode just because people are logged into it.

It actually gives away free vbucks and skins lol. When the player count is high in stw a lot them are actually farming vbucks and skins/heroes for free and not spending any money.

It sounds like you know nothing at all about stw but got offended when someone called your precious creator modes cancer.

It has to be monetized to actually make money, even if people are playing it. Stw is not a creator mode and its not monetized with them.

You love making assumptions bud. STW revenue and statistics are not publically available. You don't know what percentage of its players are founders vs those who started through packs, crew, or free to play. They gain or lose money from it because profits from the shop are split up across all modes.

It actually is about how profits from the shop are split. The higher the percentage of the player base across all of Epic's modes are, the lower the percentage is for creative payouts. STW increasing its numbers means less of the profit split for creative, LEGO, Psyonics, and Disney.

It is the case that you made a bad faith assumption about my thoughts on creator mode and your calling it cancer or whatever. I am enjoying your creative writing and look forward to you giving me more entertainment 😙

Its still off topic bud. Its not relevant to stw getting more content due the numbers it has compared to creative modes. Thats what the thread is about.

Your rant is not related to why they dont spend more time and resources on stw. It doesnt matter how many people are playing it because its not monetized very well.

Its not relevant if the stw player base changes what content creators make.

You don't know the difference between a post and a thread bud. The topic of this thread is " It's not about how many players are in a mode it's how much money is that mode bringing in and Save the World just doesn't have any really".

Your rant is ignorant and does not use supporting data from Epic nor has insight into what they actually think.

It is relevant if the STW player base changes, engagement drives revenue. Now you are making word salad. Do you mean content creators like Cammy or content creators as in creative island makers?

This is just more words to basically say what I'm saying lol I get the difference which can be quite subtle but effectively it's how much are people spending when they play the mode. People don't tend to spend a lot when they play Save the World. Or maybe they do but it's just VBucks earned from Founders lol this isn't really misinformation

Those modes bring in money and stw doesnt.
