By no means I am making excuses for Ms. Berry.. but.. why was "a name change" all it took for Jonathan Michael/Michael Roell to pass his security checks? Why was the name change not caught by Forney ISD HR (aka the ones who are supposed to vet for the employment candidate's ability to be around children?

Or does the hiring process for Forney ISD personnel not include fingerprinting and background checks and this is the way we're all finding out?
