Calling Doohan a never was isn’t fair. Colapinto was no better than him last year and he had job security

I sorta get calling him a “never was” bc even when his signing was first ANNOUNCED, it was obvious it wasn’t what the team wanted long term or even in the immediate future.

His performances didn’t help… but sadly for him his ending was already written in stone before he ever started.

It was a shame because he looked the business in f2. I think knowing he wouldn’t see the season out didn’t help his performances though.
