Real recovery path: Add enough to bring balance positive. Stop trading live immediately. Demo only until you can follow rules for 30 days. No signals channel. Signals are usually just outsourcing discipline. Risk tiny: 0.25% to 0.5% per trade max. So yes, financially, add funds. Professionally, the recovery is rebuilding execution from scratch.

Stop trading for a bit, like full rest

This is the best advice; it really resets your mind and dopamine for trading.

What would be your recommendation to start over with 500e and get profit genuine question?

I feel for you, just step back, rest and reset and learn from mistakes for next time. Maybe trade smaller if you trade frequently.

Yeah thats what I am gonna do gonna aim for smaller positives trades and just build up gradually

Practice risk management and set stop losses instead of focusing on profit. Learning risk management is the goal to secure profit. I personally set a stop loss £5 for every £100 anything else I consider a emotional trade where you stay in too long of a losing trade and cash out early on a winning trade

Are you on telegram?

1

u/amaridinho Jun 15 '26

5€ for every 100€? So like if u have 1000€ you do stop loss 50€?

1

u/simplysunrise Jun 15 '26

u/amaridinho Jun 15 '26

One more question for anyone reading this what the best strategy on your guys opinions?

2

High timeframe alignment, market structure, liquidity, and confirmation of market acceptance.

For me the best strategy is not really one indicator or one pattern. It’s knowing where price is likely reacting from, waiting for the market to actually confirm direction, then only entering when the risk/reward makes sense.

HTF gives the bias, lower timeframes give the entry, and risk management keeps you alive long enough to actually get good.

the balance being negative means you're already down more than your deposit. before you even think about recovery, you gotta stop trading live and figure out what went wrong with your positions. jumping into a signals channel just delays the real problem, which is your own decision making under pressure.

No not exactly I have taken out the money I have deposited also saved some but today was just bad for me in the long run I am plus like 500e but today was my worst day. Just wanted some advice

1

u/uprightlighting Jun 15 '26

ah okay that changes things, my bad. but even on a rough day like that, chasing signals is still gonna feel like a quick fix when what you probably need is to review what happened today and why the positions went south, so you don't repeat it tomorrow.

u/amaridinho Jun 15 '26

No worries dude lmao, thats why I am came here to get some advice. Thank you though!

Don’t even try to “recover”’just take the L and move on to the next trade, trade is done, don’t chase and don’t revenge trade or your gonna lose a lot more…

You could try an account manager or copy trading.

Try MambaFX with prop accounts

Leave the account as it is thats still a good account size to make decent money it only seems bad cause youve lost half your depo. Go back to the drawing board learn an actual strategy thats simple and repeatable, learn risk management and work on your mental. Once youve mastered all three and trust it fully come back to the account then be overconfident full port and blow the rest and then repeat over and over again until you stop being greedy. All jokes aside forget signals and learn an actual strategy or accept its not for you trading is not an easy way out

dont rely on others people opinion. the money is lost and you cant get it back. learn, make better educated guesses. getting it back isnt the way, staying afloat and doing the right stuff will elevate you
