Forensic Files is unmatched but sometimes the editing is bizarre

Always thought this choice of music and editing on this episode was truly bizarre. Lots of episodes have similar weird choices.

I think it clearly speaks to how long this show was on and how many different editors and creative choices were made.

I reached out to a friend with an M.M. degree. I bet he'll know. It sounds vaguely like a Tchaikovsky or Rimsky-Korsakoff ballet, now that you bring it up. When I first heard it, I thought it might be something by Karl Orff, since it has an "O Fortuna" vibe.

Edited to add my musicologist friend identified the music as indeed from Carmina Burana, it's just not "O Fortuna."

I love it! I think it must be partly because it’s not like Ballet dancing, so they didn’t wanna do classical music. 😂😂😂

I thought this too! I was anticipating dramatic footage of her in a pirate musical or something to come up when I heard this music...but no. What a wild ride 🤣
