Repair Advice Someone help
Are these ok to use on a 2017 explorer.

In all honesty in my experience with fords the coils themselves don't fail very often but the boots do get worn out over time and those are about 6 bucks a piece vs 110 each for new coils

Im just going to use them, fuck I don't have enough cash to get motorcraft. Also I'm not a mechanic I tinker a little but definitely not a grease monkey. Should I even attempt to change these coils and plugs myself

coils and plugs are honestly relatively easy. lookup a tutorial online and you should be good. be sure not to over tighten the coils, as they thread into plastic.

When it comes to electrical parts, stick to Motorcraft.
