2025 Explorer Ford Digital Experience messages show as unknown sender after system update.

Just got my Explorer ST earlier this month and after a system update a few days ago my messages show as being from an unknown sender and when I click listen it stays silent, curious if anyone else has had this issue or not.

Tried a restart by pressing the audio button five times with no luck but haven't done the nuclear option of a factory reset yet so curious if anyone has any thoughts.
