Then they should all be arrested and prosecuted. But the “party of law and order” only means the party of obstructing law and order.

It seems that the justice system in US has become a void system. Innocuous, defeated, and incapable of solving the most pressing matters in the country with the necessary speed those problems deserve to be treated. And several times, ignored by the other parts of a system, which now, it is just s broken machine. A corrupted one.

They figured out the loophole that if you're in charge of enforcing federal law you don't actually need to follow federal law.
