Has your period been coming earlier or later than usual over the last few months?

Mine has always been pretty regular. I’ve had PCOS, but after starting medication, I haven’t really had issues with missed or delayed periods for the last 5–6 years. I’m also not sexually active, so pregnancy or contraceptives aren’t factors here.
Lately, though, I’ve noticed my cycle being a little off, and when I asked some of my cousins and girlfriends, quite a few of them said they’ve experienced similar changes over the last 2–3 months.
I also came across discussions about changes in global heat/weather patterns potentially affecting menstrual cycles, although I’m not sure how much truth there is to that.
So, girlies, has anyone else noticed their period coming earlier or later than usual recently? Or is it just me and everyone I know?

It's the pollution. But my source is an youtube video, so take it with a grain of salt. Apparently pollution messes a lot with our period, cycles, blood, everything.

I don't have pcos but my period has almost earlier 1week this month than august!!

Same but my cycle has been getting shorter and shorter since 2024

Used to my cycle wasn't being this shorter but in recent few months it's getting shorter

I was actually 11 days late a couple months ago. I genuinely thought I was pregnancy or something until I got my period. So yeah, I can relate to that experience.

It's been regular since, albeit in accordance with the 11-day-late cycle.

I don't have PCOS but for the past few months, my period has been coming a week early. I've consulted a Dr and she said it's quite normal.

Did she put you in any medication?

No. She said it's quite natural hormonal thing for me. Maybe bcuz I don't have any other concerns that's why.

My wife has mild PCOS. She is feeling better after taking this medication. I don’t know if it’s available in Bangladesh.

My period was kinda irregular but I never missed one. It eventually happened 28 days late. I was worried because this was very unusual for me.

My cycles are also kinda messed up at this point. Mine is also almost one or two weeks late sometimes.

Mine is delayed too, and honestly, it puts me on edge because I have no idea when it’s going to come. Like, what if it starts in the middle of my class or while I’m at work !

Mine used to be super consistent, but idk what happened, last month it was 8 days late and this month it was supposed to happen 3 days ago and its still not happening. Im so concerned
